Custom Business Programs

Our main specialty at Gambit Software is the creation of custom business applications. Businesses need computers. Even more important than just having a computer is having a program designed to do what the business needs to get done. We design windows applications to perform a variety of tasks. 'If someone can think it, a computer can do it,' are words we live by.

A group of common business needs that we've encountered include: creating a database and software to update and control the data; reports and statistics based on this database; mailings to clients and customers; linking, importing, and exporting with Microsoft Word and Excel; billing clients for provided services, and knowing who has and has not paid. This is no way inclusive of the software needs that businesses have. New businesses have new ideas and we are ready to tackle the software side of the ideas. We are excited to help your business! We'll talk to you and find out what you're looking to accomplish. We'll draw up plans on how you want your program to operate and how it should interface. We'll keep you informed of the progress, any difficulties, and we'll make sure what you get is what you had wanted. We understand that software isn't much good unless its usable. That is why we design and code with the end-user (you and your employees) in mind. We like to write fool-proof programs - things just shouldn't go wrong; but if there are problems, we can quickly trap and fix them, and then give you the necessary updates. We'll stay in contact after our initial project to make sure everything is working great, and hopefully we can help with additional ideas and projects in the future.
